Our Mission
After an accident, motorists are often presented with decisions they may not fully understand — which repairer to use, what insurer relationships mean, and what their rights are. Too often, these decisions are made under pressure, without access to neutral information.
RepairerChoice exists to provide factual, unbiased information so you can make these decisions with clarity. We don't rank, rate, or recommend repairers. We present objective facts — insurer relationships, OEM approvals, capabilities — and let you decide.
This is not a review platform. There are no star ratings, no "top 10" lists, and no sponsored placements in search results. Just facts, declared by workshops themselves.
Our Principles
Neutrality
We don't take sides. Repairers are listed alphabetically by default, not by payment or preference. Information is presented without endorsement.
Transparency
All information is declared by workshops. We show the source and date of declarations. Verified badges indicate evidence has been reviewed.
Accuracy
We verify claims where possible. OEM approvals and insurer relationships require evidence. Unverified information is clearly marked.
Accessibility
Listings are free for repairers. Information is free for motorists. We believe access to facts should not be behind a paywall.
